What do I do if I have a complaint?
You can make an informal complaint by firstly discussing it with a Step Together Volunteering Project Manager (VPM). Your VPM will assist you to deal with your complaint. You can ask someone to help you to do this. If you feel your complaint has not been resolved, you can call our Head Office on 0117 955 9042 or email [email protected] and we will investigate the complaint.
If the complaint is about your VPM, you can take it to our head office team, who will investigate as per Step Together’s complaints policy. We aim to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible. If you would like a copy of the full complaints procedure, please ask your VPM or contact the Step Together head office.
