We continue to address the ongoing threat of Coronavirus (COVID-19), in line with Government advice. Following the easing of restrictions in July, we have recommenced face-to-face support for our clients and are once again able to broker volunteering placements with our network of partners. We are accepting new referrals across all of our programmes, where we have capacity to do so. If you, or someone you know, could benefit from our support, please do complete a referral form.
We remain committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, clients and the wider community, and so wherever possible we will still observe safety measures including social distancing and mask-wearing, where appropriate. At all times our staff will follow the guidance and regulations in place to protect everyone's safety. This includes our staff team self-isolating and cancelling meetings if they become unwell and/or show any symptoms of Covid-19.
If you have been feeling unwell or are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, we politely request that you do not attend any in-person meetings and follow the guidance relating to self-isolating. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to us safely by telephone, email or message, and we will help you.
We know that the pandemic has been a challenging time for many people and we are working hard to return to full capacity so we are able to support our clients. We ask that you are patient with our staff team if our response times are a little longer than usual. Please be assured that the health, safety and wellbeing of those we support - along with that of our dedicated and hard-working team - remains paramount to us.
Thank you for your understanding.
